How We Use Your Information

Provide Enterprise Users (as defined below) with location, load and other data collected from Users (as defined below) as part of the management of tracking and reporting on material load transportation and logistics.
Contact you by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application’s push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the Services. Please note that SMS opt-in or phone numbers for SMS are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Location Data
Our Services are used by Mobile Users to support an Enterprise User and are designed to facilitate coordination, tracking and reporting of location and load data and other aspects of material handling and transfer. GPS tracking and mapping of location and load information is collected and managed by our Services to support the business operations of Enterprise Users. Location data is provided to or accessible by Enterprise Users. We do not use Location Data for any reason other than to support Enterprise Users.
As used herein, “Mobile User” means a user of Services that is engaged by an Enterprise User as an operator, transporter or material handler for material transportation, hauling and handling and whose location and load data is collected and used by the Enterprise Users to manage and track material handling activities and logistics. An “Enterprise User” is a client or customer of Livegistics that uses Livegistics Services to facilitate real-time logistics management from point of origin to point of destination, including transportation tickets, manifests and related documentation.
Use of Artificial Intelligence
We may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) to improve our services, personalize your experience, and provide automated responses. AI may process information you provide, including personal data, but does not replace human judgment. Data used by AI is handled according to this privacy policy and shared only with trusted partners when necessary.
Who We Disclose Your Information To
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
