Facebook Fan Page is a public profile named Livegistics, Inc. specifically created by the Company on the Facebook social network, accessible from https://www.facebook.com/LivegisticsLLC/.
GDPR means the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.
Operator User means a user of Sites and Products that is engaged by a Enterprise User as an operator, transporter or material handler for material transportation, hauling and handling and whose location and load Data is collected and used by the Enterprise Users to manage and track material handling activities and logistics.
Personal Data or Personal Information is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
For the purposes for GDPR, Personal Data means any information relating to You such as a name, an identification number, location data, online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

Products mean internet or cloud based services of providing software products and applications offered by Livegistics from time to time.
